Peak Dates - 2026
In order to ensure availability for as many as possible, we require a 25% deposit for all boarding stays. This is to ensure that customers do not ‘place hold’ and then cancel last minute which makes us appear to be full and turning away several other families who really need the reservation.
Refundable Deposit & Cancellation Policy - the deposit is fully refundable for cancellations more than 7 days before the start of your reservation.
Peak Date Rates & Minimum Night Stay - there are holiday rates during these times as we pay our team 1.5x overtime rates on holidays and provide them and your pups extra support in order to ensure that all pups are taken care of per our high quality standards. There may be minimum night stays for boarding during these times as well to maximize availability for those who have extended travel out of town.
January 17th - 19th: MLK weekend
February 13th - 22nd: Cobb County Winter break / President’s Day weekend
April 3rd - April 12th: Cobb County Spring break / Easter weekend
May 21st - May 25th: Memorial Day weekend
July 3rd - July 6th: July 4th weekend
September 4th - September 7th: Labor Day weekend
September 18th - September 27th: Cobb County Fall break
November 20th - November 29th: Thanksgiving week
December 18th - January 4th: Christmas & New Year’s
